Sections 24 to 28 (5) The bank operates a building society, in particular in the states of Hesse and Thuringia, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Building Savings Banks under the designation "Landesbausparkasse Hessen-Thüringen" as a legally independent institution. A separate annual financial statement and a management report must be drawn up for the building society. 6. The Bank may conduct banking operations of any kind and other services and transactions in the credit sector, provided that banking and other services and transactions serve, directly or indirectly, the purpose of the Bank.
