The management of land, buildings, gardens and green areas with the aim of creating an attractive cultural offer for the population as well as horticultural and purpose-oriented artistic-floristic exhibitions while preserving the historically grown character as a recreational park with educational opportunities for all ages. The company pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "tax-privileged purposes" of the Tax Code (§§ 52 ff AO). Within the scope of its tasks, it promotes the general public, in particular in the fields of nature, environmental and landscape protection (§ 52 (2) No. 8 AO), culture (§ 52 (2) No. 5 AO), education and upbringing (§ 52 (2) No. 7 AO) and monument protection (§ 52 (2) No. 6 AO). When fulfilling the company's purpose, the municipal task fulfillment within the meaning of the municipal code must be observed. The company operates altruistically. It does not primarily pursue its own commercial purposes.
