The Import and Trade of Medical Equipment, Spare Parts and Medical Supplies. It is expressly stated that the Activities that do not concern the Provision of Medical Services will be carried out in an Independent and Independent Place from the Provision of Medical Services and under the restrictions of Article 6 of the Code of Medical Ethics. By amending the Articles of Association it is allowed to Expand or Change the Purpose of this Company, always in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
