1. The purpose of the society is to promote assistance for people with disabilities and the welfare system as well as the selfless support of persons who, due to their physical, mental or emotional condition, are dependent on the help of others (§ 53 No. 1 and No. 2 of the Tax Code). The company pursues the goal of creating and maintaining jobs for people with mental, emotional and/or physical disabilities and integration and qualification measures for their benefit. It only supports people who are dependent on the help of others because of their mental or physical condition. Together with the persons working in its company, the society fulfills the purpose in the spirit of the diaconal mission of the Protestant Church. 2. The purpose of the statutes is achieved in particular through the establishment, operation, management and takeover of inclusive companies, businesses and projects within the meaning of § 215 SGB IX in conjunction with § 68 No. 3 letter c) 9 AO for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the general labour market. Within the framework of their individual abilities, they should be enabled to participate in working life and thus to participate in social life through the creation and maintenance of jobs. Among other things, the company maintains an inclusive food market. In addition, cooperation between disabled and non-disabled people is to be promoted in the sense of the idea of inclusion. 3. The purpose of the Company is also the donation of funds pursuant to § 58 No. 1 AO to other corporations for the realization of tax-privileged purposes, in particular to promote the purposes mentioned in No. 1. The company will primarily allocate such funds to the companies affiliated to the "Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück" group of companies in their capacity as tax-privileged corporations. They must use the funds allocated to them exclusively and directly for their tax-privileged purposes. In this context, the company may also provide discounted services to other tax-privileged corporations.
