. Fixed subject matter of its own motion: The company is a capital management company within the meaning of the Investment Code ("KAGB"). The company is responsible for managing domestic investment assets and EU investment assets (collective asset management). The following domestic investment assets are the subject of collective asset management a) Special real estate assets pursuant to Section 230 et seq. (i) INVEST KAGB; c) general open domestic special AIFs pursuant to Section 282 of the CIS - excluding hedge funds pursuant to Section 283 of the CGB, which are included in the assets referred to in Sections 284 (1) and 2 of the CGB, with the exception of PPP investment companies in accordance with Section 284 (2) No. 2 lit. h) CGB and precious metals in accordance with Section 284 (2) No. 2 lit. (i) INVEST KAGB. (d) Closed domestic special AIFs within the meaning of Section 285 f. of the CISA, which invest in the following assets in accordance with their investment conditions: i. real estate, including forest, forest and agricultural land; ii. Assets pursuant to Section 261 (1) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (CGB) which, in accordance with the Partnership Agreement or the Articles of Association, only have assets in accordance with lit. (i) and may acquire assets or holdings necessary for the management of such assets; iii. Assets pursuant to Section 261 (1) No. 5 of the KaGB, which in turn only be found in property pursuant to lit. (i) to xiii) may invest; iv. Assets pursuant to Section 261 (1) No. 6 of the KaGB, which in turn only be found in property pursuant to lit. (i) may invest up to xiii), and with the exception of special AIFs within the meaning of Sections 337 and 338 of the CGB; v. Real estate special assets pursuant to Section 230 ff. KAGB; vi. open domestic special AIFs with fixed investment conditions in accordance with Section 284 of the German Civil Code (CGB), which are listed in Sections 284 (1) and 2 of the CIS, with the exception of PPP investment companies in accordance with Section 284 (2) No. 2 lit. h) CGB and precious metals in accordance with Section 284 (2) lit. (i) INVEST KAGB; vii. general open-ended domestic special AIFs pursuant to Section 282 of the CGB to the exclusion of hedge funds pursuant to Section 283 of the CGB - which are included in the assets referred to in Sections 284 paragraph1 and 2 of the CGB, with the exception of PPP investment companies pursuant to Section 284 (2) No. 2 lit. h) CGB and precious metals in accordance with Section 284 (2) No. 2 lit. (i) INVEST KAG; viii. Securities pursuant to Section 193 of the CGB; ix. Money market instruments in accordance with Section 194 of the CGB; x. Bank balances in accordance with Section 195 of the German Civil Code (KAGB); xi. Derivatives; xii. unsecurable loan receivables and xiii. shareholdings if the market value of those holdings can be determined. 2.2 Collective asset management also covers EU AIFs, which are comparable to the domestic investment assets mentioned above. 2.3 In the management of the above AIFs, the Company may not invest in precious metals or hedge funds, either directly or indirectly, through shares in other investment assets. 2.4 The Company is entitled to grant loans and to extend existing loans in accordance with Section 285 of the German Commercial Code (AI) pursuant to Section 285 f. KAGB for the account of general open-ended special AIFs in accordance with Section 282 of the German Commercial Code (CISA) and the company. In addition, the Company is entitled to prolong and restructure unsecurable loan receivables that the Company may acquire on behalf of an investment asset. 2.5 The Company operates the following services and ancillary services: (a) the management of individual assets not invested in financial instruments within the meaning of Section 1 (11) of the Banking Act for others (individual asset management), but only to the extent that the company is authorised to manage investment assets with corresponding assets (b) investment advice in relation to assets which are not financial instruments within the meaning of Section 1 (11) of the Banking Act, but only to the extent that the Company is authorised to manage investment assets with corresponding assets (c) the distribution of shares and shares in foreign investment assets (d) other activities directly related to the above services and ancillary services.
