Any creditor of the company may require E. ON to provide GmbH security in accordance with Section 303 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) for any claim established before this notice if it registers with e-mail for this purpose within six months of this announcement. A/S not registered: The creditors of the company whose claims have been substantiated before the entry of the termination of the contract in the commercial register according to § 10 HGB is deemed to have been disclosed, shall be provided with security by the other part of the contract if they make a notification to him for this purpose within six months of the announcement.
