(3) For the purpose of training, the district of Oberpfalz transfers the vocational school for nursing to the GmbH. (4) As a task of the transferred sphere of activity of the district, the GmbH operates detention facilities at the locations Regensburg (Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the District Hospital Regensburg) and Parsberg (Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the District Hospital Parsberg and Clinic for Young Drug Addicts at the District Hospital Parsberg). The tasks of the enforcement of criminal court decisions pursuant to Article 95 of the AgSG in conjunction with Sections 63, 64, 67 h StGB, 126 a StPO and 453 c StPO and Sections 7, 93 a JGG are transferred to the GmbH by separate lending act in compliance with the relevant laws and other state requirements, in particular instructions and implementing regulations of the specialised supervisory authority on the enforcement of measures in Bavaria. (7) The district of Oberpfalz, as the owner of the land, leases to the company the land necessary for the operation of the company, including buildings and outdoor facilities.
