The Annual General Meeting of December 10, 2016 adopted an amendment to the Articles of Association in Section 2 (Purpose and Subject matter), Section 12 (Duties of Members), Section 16 (Tasks and Duties of the Board of Management), Sections 30 (Objects of Resolution) and Section 31 (Majority Requirements). By amendment: the conduct of bank and complementary transactions or services, in particular (a) the acceptance of savings and other deposits (b) the granting of all types of loans (c) the brokerage of loans (d) the provision of guarantees, guarantees and other guarantees and the conduct of fiduciary transactions (e) the implementation of payment transactions (f) the conduct of foreign business, including the sale and sale of foreign currency and varieties (g) wealth and investment advice, asset brokerage and asset management (h) the acquisition and disposal, and custody and management of securities and other assets (i) the mediation or sale of building-saving contracts, insurance and travel (j) social benefits which serve the cooperative's purpose and social benefits. The cooperative may set up branches and participate in enterprises. The extension of business operations to non-members is permitted. However, this only applies to the extent that the non-members undertake to make a contribution to the cooperative in order to support the special services provided by the cooperative in accordance with the purpose and subject-matter of the cooperative (2 (1) and (2) (j)) to the cooperative, which corresponds to the contribution to which the members are obliged to perform (see Section 12 (d)).
