In addition to the transactions necessary to asset its own assets, the company may, in addition to the transactions referred to in paragraph 1, conduct the following transactions and activities: - the management of individual assets invested in assets pursuant to Section 284 (2) (e) and (f) KAGB for others with a margin of discretion (individual asset management); - investment advice in relation to property pursuant to Section 284 paragraph 2 (e) and (f) KAGB; - other activities directly related to the services and ancillary services referred to in this paragraph, - participate in or set up undertakings where the commercial purpose of the undertaking is essentially geared, by law or by statute, to transactions which the company itself may conduct and where the company's liability arising from the shareholding is Ltd. by the legal form of the undertaking. 4. The company may set up branches. 5. The Company may not engage in any further business or activity.
