. The company, as the acquiring entity, is merged as a transferring entity with Volkswagen Bank Polska S.A. (a AG Polish law) with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (registered in the register of companies of the Polish Regional Court Register under the number KRS 2340) as the acquiring entity in accordance with the merger plan of February 16, 2018 and the approval decisions of the shareholders' meetings of the participating legal entities from March 23, 2018.
