Die FORATIS Gründungs GmbH mit Sitz in Bonn hat uns gem. § 20 Abs. 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass sie sämtliche Aktien der Gesellschaft und damit eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung im Sinne von § 16 Abs. 1 AktG hält.
