The Annual General Meeting of September 29, 2018 decided to amend the Articles of Association in Sections 2 (object of the company) and 5 (share capital and shares) and thus to amend the subject matter and to revoke the authorisation of September 20, 2014 and to create a new authorized capital. By resolution of the Annual General Meeting of September 29, 2018, the Management Board is authorized, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, to increase the share capital of the company by September 29, 2023 by issuing new shares against cash and/or in-case deposit once or several times, in order to increase a total of up to EUR 10,000,000.00 (authorized capital I/2018).
