Die ALDI SÜD Deutschland Stiftung & Co. KG mit Sitz in Mülheim an der Ruhr hat uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 1, Abs. 2 Nr. 1 und 2 AktG i. V. m. Art. 9 Abs. 1 Buchst. c) ii) SE-VO Folgendes mitgeteilt:

Der ALDI SÜD Deutschland Stiftung & Co. KG gehört mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien der Gesellschaft i. S. v. § 20 Abs. 1, Abs. 2 Nr. 1 und 2 AktG i. V. m. Art. 9 Abs. 1 Buchst. c) ii) SE-VO.
