Die E.ON Energie AG, Arnulfstraße 203, München, HRB 132 000, Amtsgericht München, hat uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 5, 4, 1 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihr unmittelbar weder mehr als die Hälfte der Geschäftsanteile noch mehr als ein Viertel der Geschäftsanteile an der Avacon AG, Helmstedt, gehört.

Die E.ON Beteiligungen GmbH, E.ON Platz 1, Düsseldorf, HRB 33 888, Amtsgericht Düsseldorf, hat uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihr unmittelbar mehr als die Hälfte der Geschäftsanteile an der Avacon AG, Helmstedt, gehört.
