Durch Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 29. April 2008 wurden

als Aufsichtsratsmitglieder der Anteilseigner bestellt.

Die Amtszeit sämtlicher vorgenannter Aufsichtsratsmitglieder begann mit Beendigung der am 29. April 2008 stattgefundenen Gesellschafterversammlung.
