Einschreiten von Amts wegen;
Satzung vom 20.02.2007 mit Nachtrag vom 23.03.2007
Ermächtigung des Vorstandes gemäß § 169 AktG, das Grund-
kapital bis zum 09.05.2012 um bis zu EUR 50.000,-
auf EUR 150.000,- zu erhöhen.
Ergänzung der Satzung in § 5.
