Section 194 KAGB, b) Derivatives for hedging purposes pursuant to Section 284 (2) No. 2 (c) KAGB i.V.m. Section 253 (1) No. 6 KAGB, c) Bank balances pursuant to Section 284 (2) No. 2 (d) KAGB i.V.m. Section 195 KAGB, d) Real Estate pursuant to Section 284 (2) No. 2 No. e) KAGB, e) Shareholdings in real estate companies pursuant to Section 284 (2) No. 2 (f) KAGB. 4. Collective asset management also covers EU AIFs and foreign AIFs comparable to the above-mentioned domestic investment assets. 5. The Company provides the following services and ancillary services: a. the management of individual assets not invested in financial instruments within the meaning of Section 1 (11) of the Banking Act for others with discretion, as well as investment advice (individual asset management and investment advice), b. the distribution of shares or shares in foreign investment assets and/or c. other activities directly related to the services and ancillary services referred to in this paragraph. 6. The Company may conduct business necessary to asset its own assets. 7. The company may participate in or set up undertakings if the commercial purpose of the company is essentially geared to the business which the company is allowed to conduct by law or by statute and a liability of the company arising from the participation is Ltd. by the legal form of the undertaking.
