7. Purpose: Aims to operate vehicles of all kinds in an energy, raw material and environmentally friendly manner and to provide mobility services at home and abroad through joint self-help; provide vehicles of all kinds for remunerates as an ecological and economic alternative to private property; with the same objective, it may also offer other goods for remunerate use, buy, sell, lease or rent vehicles and other goods to the extent required to fulfil the purpose; Vehicles and other goods may also be used by non-members under special conditions; can acquire, hold and sell land, participate in other ventures, join organizations and actions, or support those to whom it feels intellectually connected. Shares: CHF 1.–, CHF 50.–, CHF 100.– and CHF 1,000.–. Liability/obligation to pay a supplementary margin: Without personal liability and without obligation to pay a margin. Obligations: Each cooperative is obliged to take over at least one share certificate, usually one for CHF 1,000.–; the administration regulates in the Financial Regulations the cases in which membership can be acquired by taking a share certificate of lower face value. An entrance fee and an annual fee may be charged, the amount of which is determined by the Financial Regulations. Assets of CHF 5,456,177.58 and liabilities of CHF 2,132,091.22 of the ATG Auto Teilet Cooperative will pass to the cooperative in accordance with the merger agreement of 7 April 1997 and merger balance sheet as at 31 December 1996 by universal succession.
