The spin-off shall only become effective when it is entered in the register of the registered office of the transferring entity. However, they are entitled to this right only if they demonstrate that the division jeopardises the fulfilment of their demand. Unregistered: 20,000 new no-par value shares in the name will be issued at the issue amount of EUR 1.00 per share.
