The creditors of the legal entities involved in the merger must, if they are deemed to have been published in writing within six months of the date on which the entry of the merger in the register of the registered office of those legal entities whose creditors they are creditors, register their claim in writing in accordance with § 19 paragraph 3 UmwG, unless they can demand satisfaction. However, creditors are only entitled to this right if they demonstrate that the merger jeopardises the fulfilment of their claim.
