The creditors of the companies involved in the change of legal form shall be required to declare their claim in writing in accordance with Paragraph 19 (3) of the UmwG within six months of the date on which the entry of the change of form in the register of the registered office of the legal entity of which they are creditors is deemed to have been published in accordance with Paragraph 19 (3) of the UmwG, to provide security, insofar a.s. they cannot demand satisfaction. However, creditors are only entitled to this right if they credibly demonstrate that the conversion will jeopardise the fulfilment of their claim.
