The creditors of the companies involved in the merger shall, if they are deemed to have been published in writing within six months of the date on which the entry of the merger in the register of the registered office of the legal entity whose creditors they are deemed to have been published in accordance with Paragraph 19 (3) of the UmwG, they shall declare their claim in writing in terms of reason and amount, to provide security, insofar a.s. they cannot demand satisfaction.
