The Management Board is authorized to increase the share capital of the Company by up to EUR 5,000,000 in the period up to August 16, 2011 with the approval of the Supervisory Board by up to EUR 5,000,000 by issuing new no-par value shares against cash or in-value contributions (Authorized Capital 2006).
