In exceptional cases, the Management Board may authorise instalment payments to paragraphs 2 and 3, but in this case, EUR 8.00 per share of the transaction (at least 1/10 per share of the business) shall be paid within 3 months of the admission of the shareholding. A written request must be submitted to the Executive Board for this purpose. The creditors of the cooperative must be provided with security if they make a statement to the К for this purpose within 6 months of the announcement, provided that they cannot demand satisfaction (Sections 22 (1) to 3 GenG).
