Purpose
A. The object of the Company's Activity and Operation in Greece shall be the following:
1. The Execution, Supervision or Direction of Programs, Services and Projects, the Development, Research, Commercial Exploitation and Generally the Handling of Any Other Work Related to Remote Sensing and Geospatial Information,
2. The Conclusion and Execution of Urban Security Projects in Greece or Abroad and Indicatively: Fire Management and Control, Crisis Management Systems, Centers and Services and Any Similar Security Project in the Context of Urban Security,
3. The Provision of Geoinformation Services for the Greek State (Ministry of Defence and Others) Including the Sectors of Agriculture and Soil Management,
4. Geo-information services such as maritime surveillance and image training;
5. the distribution of space surveys;
6. Monitoring and Exploiting Security Opportunities, Including Port and Airport Security
7. Research and Development in the field of geoinformation, including those related to the respective research and development programs of the European Commission
8. The Provision to Third Parties of Consulting Services on Business Administration, Promotions, Marketing, Financial Services, Public Relations, Mediation for Commercial and Business Contacts, Management of Business Initiatives Support Programs, Representation of Foreign Companies Providing Related Services)
9. The Import and Supply of Defence Material to the Greek State and to Services and Organizations of the Wider Public Sector, as well as the Provision of Services on Issues of Import-Export of Defence Material to Domestic and Foreign Firms
10. The Undertaking and Execution of Public, Municipal and Private Projects of Specialized Technology, Indicatively, Telecommunications, Meteorology, Environmental Control, Renewable Energy Sources, Computer Systems
11. The Study, Undertaking of Creation, Execution, Management, Processing and Supervision of Software Systems and Programs or Source Code and the Study, Undertaking of Creation, Execution, Management, Processing and Supervision of Satellite Data.
12. The Study and Implementation of Compensatory Benefit Programs, concerning the Procurement of Defence Material of the Ministry of National Defence as well as the Provision of Consulting Services on Business Administration Issues, with emphasis on the field of Compensatory Benefits, consisting of:
The Design and Implementation of Business Plans, Oriented to the Reduction of Costs and Business Risk and the Satisfaction of the Requirements of National Authorities.
The Analysis of Techno-Economic Data and the Elaboration and Implementation of Integrated Studies, Taking into Account All Critical Quantities and Aiming at Adapting to the Characteristics of the Greek Business Environment.
The Development of Promotional Activities, the Management of Business Initiatives Support Programs, the Development of Public Relations Mediation for Commercial and Business Contacts and, in general, the Provision of Marketing and Management Services.
The Development of Favorable Terms of Cooperation with Domestic Enterprises, Towards the Fulfillment of the Condition of National Industrial Participation, as it is specified through the Policy, Actions and Armament Programs of the Greek Ministry of National Defence.
13. The Development of Special Software for Military Use and Indicatively, for Command & Control Systems, Security, Facilities & Networks, Theater Simulation, Virtual Field Visualization, Training and Conduct of Operational Exercises, Geographical Imaging, etc. Also, the Development of Software for Resource & Human Resources Management Systems with Monitoring – Risk Analysis Capabilities and Real Time Business Rules as well as and Heterogeneous Systems Interconnection Systems.
14. The provision of design, development, implementation, installation, integration, training and project management services related to command & control systems, security, facilities & networks, theater simulation, three-dimensional virtual field visualization, training and conduct of operational exercises, geographical imaging, resource & human resources management, interconnection of heterogeneous systems.
and which 1 to 14 Purposes Above will be achieved in particular by:
a. The Development of Land Monitoring Applications and Services in the Fields of Defense, Security, Environment, Cadastre, Agriculture, Soil Management, GMES and
b. The Promotion, Implementation and Maintenance of Crisis Management Centre(s) which may be procured by the Greek Government and/or Institutions.
And
15. All kinds of Tourism and Hotel Enterprises, such as the Leasing, Lease for Exploitation, Management, Administration, Operation and General Exploitation of Villas, Tourist Furnished Residences, Furnished Apartments, Hotel, Conference, Tourist, and generally Any Other Related Facilities, Holiday Accommodation Services and Other Types of Short-Term Accommodation, Leasing and Management Services of Privately Owned or Leased Properties, Services Organization, Design, Management and Planning of All Kinds of Hotel and Tourism Projects, Facilities and Businesses, as well as the Configuration or Construction Works of a Building or Other Kind of Constructions
16. The provision of design, development, implementation, installation, integration, training and project management services related to command & control systems, security, facilities & networks, theater simulation, three-dimensional virtual field visualization, training and conduct of operational exercises, geographical imaging, resource & human resources management, interconnection of heterogeneous systems.
17. The Installation, Maintenance and Monitoring of the Operation of Machinery and Security and Alarm Systems, Except those Installed in a Car.
18. The operation of centers for Receiving, Controlling and Transmitting Alarm Signals.
19. The Elaboration of Studies and Design of Security Systems, Regarding the above Activities under Items 16 and 17
20. The Establishment, Installation, Operation and Operation of Lifeguard Training Schools and Training Schools for Candidate High Speed Boat Pilots (High Speed Boat School) and the Provision of Lifeguard Services.
21. The Organization, Design, Design, Construction, Planning, Management, Management of Lifeguard Training Schools and Speedboat Schools, as well as any other Related Activity.

24. Coastal and Beach Management, Compliance with Safety Measures and Ensuring that they Comply with National Legislation and Addressing Safety Issues on Beaches and Coasts
25.The elaboration of a Risk Assessment Study for each Designated Bathing Area, or - at appropriate points and as proposed in the risk assessment and according to the characteristics of each coast and its use; Installation of Lifeguard Piers and Other Necessary Facilities and their Manning with a sufficient number of lifeguards
26. The Provision of Lifeguard Services and Lifeguard Services with the Appropriate Human Resources Infrastructure and all the Required Logistical / Mechanical Equipment and the Necessary Lifeguard Supplies for the Control and Provision and Execution of Lifeguard Services In accordance with the Current Legislation, To Municipalities, Local Government Organizations – Local Authorities, Organizations, Hotels, Tourist Facilities, Camps with Pool and Use of Sea Space, Bathing Facilities and in general to any Body, Obliged to Lifeguard Coverage, as well as the Observance of Safety Measures and the Handling of Safety Issues for Swimming Pools (Swimming Pools, Swimming Pools, Water Slides, Water Parks, spa, etc.), throughout the Territory of the Country
27. The Lifeguard Coverage of All Races, Sports Events and in General Events or Events Related to the Water Element, which take place in Greece and abroad, with Experienced Professional Lifeguards and Full Specialized Equipment.
28. The provision of lifeguard services to and to any (public, municipal, private) management body of bathing facilities, whether it is a swimming pool or beach or coast, which has the obligation of lifeguard coverage (Municipalities / Local Authorities, Organizations, Port Funds or Port Organizations, <>, hotels, tourist facilities, entities licensed to operate a camp, if a swimming pool or sea space is used, organizers of any kind of entertainment, Cultural, Musical and Social Events in Swimming Pools, On the Seashore and/or on the Beach or in a Sea Area, as well as All Kinds of Nautical and Swimming Games etc), In Greece or abroad.
29. The Provision of Services for the Coverage of All the Necessary Specifications for the Award of the "Blue Flag", the Organization – Management of the Blue Flag Program, the Organization, Management and Maintenance of the Coastal Awards, the Design, Installation and Manning of the Coast At the Beginning of the Period of All the Necessary Equipment Provided by the "Blue Flag" Program, the Information and Supervision of their Operation, the replacement of any damage to the equipment (bulletin boards, masts, recycling bins, corridors for the disabled, etc.), as well as any other related action.
and Who Above under No. 20 to 29 Objectives Will Be Achieved In Particular For:
i. the Acquisition, Possession, Use, Lease, Lease, Sublease, Management and Exploitation of Real Estate, Facilities, Movable, Logistical/Mechanical Equipment, Transport and Mechanical Means.
ii. the Company's Cooperation with Municipalities, Municipal Enterprises, Port Organizations or Port Funds), the <>, Camping, Hotel and Tourist Units, Camps and generally with any entity governed either by Private or Public Law, whether domestic or foreign, who is liable to lifeguard coverage,
Iii. the Company's Participation in Tenders for Lifeguarding and Related Services, Public and Private

iv. Generally the Performance and Exercise of any Other Related or Similar Activity or Act, Even if not specifically named above, which is related to the above and is necessary for the realization of the above objects or other similar things.
30. The Purchase, Chartering and Leasing of Pleasure Boats for the Purpose of Their Commercial Exploitation.
31. All kinds of shipping operations, i.e. indicatively, the Purchase, Lease and Operation of Ships in the Name of the Company, the Import and Representation of All Kinds of Ship Accessories for Profitable Resale, the Brokerage for the Purchase and Sale or Lease of Vessels.
32. The Management and Exploitation, Rental and Leasing of Land and Sea Means of Transport for Tourists, the Organization and Exploitation of Organized Tours and Organized Holidays and Tours.
B. In the context of the Fulfillment of the above Objectives, the Company may:
a. to enter into any kind of agreements or contracts with natural or legal persons, governed either by private or public law, states and organizations either domestic or foreign;
b. Establish Branches or Representative Offices and Other Establishments Anywhere in Greece or Abroad,
c. To represent and agency in Greece or abroad, for remuneration, domestic or foreign, natural or legal persons of any corporate form, who pursue the same, similar, identical, similar or similar purpose to that of the Company,
d. to enter into any form of partnerships or joint ventures with natural or legal persons or associations of persons in Greece or abroad, pursuing the same or similar purpose as the Company, and to participate or cooperate with companies, joint ventures or any form of businesses, either foreign or domestic, pursuing the same or similar purpose as the Company,
e. To Conclude Loan Agreements, Accept Personal or Other Guarantees, Offer and Provide, by Decision of the Board of Directors, Loans, Credits and Guarantees to Other Companies, Businesses and Third Parties in general, Joint Ventures of Greece or Abroad in which the Company is a Member, or with which it cooperates in any way, if deemed necessary for the Promotion of its Activities and Interests and the Pursuit of Purposes issue and accept bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, bonds and other securities or securities on behalf of the Company and its Subsidiaries;
F. To undertake any relevant commercial or other work and Prepare all Substantive or Legal Documents Which are Connected, Directly or Indirectly, with its Purposes or which Contribute to the Achievement of its Objectives,
G. Purchase Shares of Other Companies for Similar or Different Purposes and Otherwise Buy or Acquire In Any Other Way, Including Including Without Limitation Participation in Capital Increases and/or Merger in whole or in part, Enterprises, the Assets, Assets and Liabilities of any Company, Organization, Partnership or Person and Liquidate and Dissolve Any Such Business in whole or in Part including but not limited to the Spin-off Branch.
h. To acquire, possess, use, manage, develop, exploit, dispose of to anyone and generally exploit, in any way or method, any kind and kind of immovable and movable property (including any rights on or in connection with them) at home and abroad.
i. To Buy, Sell, Lease, Sublease, Manage and Exploit All Kinds and All Kinds of Real Estate in Greece and Abroad, as well as in Assignments to Third Parties of Contractors, Subcontracts, Maintenance, Constructions, Repairs, Designs, Studies, Supervisions, Activities of Engineer, Appraiser and Manager of any Projects, i.e. any nature and form of works, indicatively and not restrictively Constructions of buildings, facilities, Concrete Armée, Electromechanical Works, Hotels and Tourist or Sports Facilities, as well as any Activity Related to the Hotel and Tourism Sector
j. To Trade, Import and Export All Kinds of Materials, Machinery, Components, Objects, Products and Goods and Represents Products of Commercial and Industrial Houses in Greece and Abroad and To Buy and Lease Any Means of Transport and Mechanical Means.
k. Erect, Maintain, Operate, Manage, Construct, Reconstruct, Transform, Extend, Repair, Improve, Adapt, Furnish, Decorate, Check, Demolish, Replace any Building, Technical Facilities, Make any Facilities or Constructions it Deems Desirable for the Purposes of its Operations and Contribute, Sponsor or Assist in any Other Way or Participate in the Construction; Improvement, maintenance, operation, management, conduct or control thereof.
l. To Acquire in any way any Designs, Trademarks, Patents, Rights in Patents or Inventions, Intellectual Property Rights or Know-How, if these will be deemed Useful for the Purposes of the Company, and in addition to Grant Licenses for the Use of Them.
m. To undertake the Management and Management of Third Parties
