3.1. The object and purpose of the Company is:
a. The Development of Computer Software and the Provision of Services for the Organization and Management of Training Programs for Individuals in Computer Use and New Digital Technologies in general.
b. The Provision of Consulting Services on Research and Technological Development and Implementation of Relevant Actions Related to the Design and Implementation of Innovative Technological Systems.
c. The elaboration of technical and economic studies concerning the design, programming, and operation of industries and other enterprises.
d. The Elaboration-Supervision of All Kinds of Mechanical-Electrical and Electronic Studies and All Kinds of Technical Projects.
e. The Elaboration of Organization, Market Research and Operational Research and the Provision of Relevant Consulting Services, Social Studies and Development of Assistance Systems for Sensitive Population Groups.
F. The Design, Implementation and Installation of All Kinds of Intelligent Information Systems and Software Applications. Indicatively, the following are mentioned: Integrated solutions for e-commerce, e-government, e-learning, content management, knowledge management and business intelligence.
g. Research in Science, Engineering and Technology, Prototype Systems Development and Innovation. The Implementation and Economic Exploitation of the Results of Research, Development and Innovation. The Provision of All Services Related to the above Activities to Natural Persons or Legal Entities of the Private or Public Sector, of any Legal Form, domestic or foreign.
h. The Participation in Research and Development Programs of the European Union (EU) and the Greek State, as well as, in relation to them, the Undertaking of Actions and the Provision of Advisory and Support Services to Third Parties Interested (National or Foreign, Natural or Legal Persons) for the Claim and Implementation of Such Projects.
i. The Provision of Organization and Management Services, Control of Operation and Quality, Transfer and Acceptance of Know-How and Innovation, Education and Training and Any General Service of Added Value and Support In the aforementioned Fields of Activity to Third Parties, National or Foreign, Natural or Legal Persons, Private or Public Sector, Public Enterprises and Organizations, in Greece and Abroad.
j. The Design, Study, Design, Development, Exploitation, Sale or Rental, Support, Maintenance and Marketing, Import and Export, of All Kinds of High Technology Systems, Integrated Systems or Parts of Wider Systems, for the Company itself or on behalf of Third Parties in Greece and abroad.
Ia. The Manufacture of Machinery or Parts of General or Special Purpose Machinery and the Subcontracting Work in the Process of Manufacturing of Such Machinery. The Provision of Installation, Repair and Maintenance Services of Machinery or Parts of General or Special Purpose Machinery.
Ib. The Design and Development of Information Technologies, Robotics and Automation for Applications of All Kinds and Especially in the above Areas of Company Activity. The Provision of Services Related to the above Activity as well as the Provision of Services for the Design, Integration and Support of Information Systems, Software Applications and Embedded Hardware and Software.
M. The Provision of Scientific and Technical Consulting Services and Quality Control and Management Services, Preparation of Technical Studies, Detection and Control Studies and Feasibility Studies, Execution of Technical Tests, Measurements and Analyzes of All Kinds and Especially in the above Areas of Activity of the Company to Natural Persons or Legal Entities of the Private or Public Sector, of any Legal Form, domestic or foreign.
N. Market Research, the Collection, Processing, Classification, Recording and Maintenance of Data and Information of All Kinds and Especially in the above Areas of Activity of the Company, and their Distribution for Remuneration to Third Parties, Domestic or Foreign, Natural or Legal Persons.
O. The Creation, Development, Support, Supply and Marketing (Retail and Wholesale) of any kind of medical software on demand according to special specifications or after adaptation or standardized (ready-made) Software, as well as related products and the provision of any related service, including consulting.
P. The provision of medical database services and computer processing.
Q. The Design, Development and Implementation of Innovative Technologies and Technological Systems and their Installation, including Biometric Identifier and Data Processing Technologies and Biometric Systems, as well as the Development, Support, Supply and Marketing of Related Products for the Collection, Collection, Storage and Verification of Biometric Identifiers and Data, the Provision of Biometric Database Services and their Processing with Computer and the Provision of All Kinds of Related Services, including Public Services for the Collection of Biometric Data.
R. The Marketing in Domestic or Abroad, Development, Production, Assembly, Modification, Installation, Support (Indicatively and not Restrictively Service, Supply of Spare Parts, etc.) of any kind of Defense Systems and Systems of Defense Industry and Defense Material in General, excluding Weapons, Ammunition, Explosives or Explosive Devices.
s. Representation of Domestic and Foreign Firms (Foreigners and Nationals) in Greece and abroad in the context of Partnerships for the Promotion of Solutions, Products and Services Within the Corporate Purpose, as well as the Establishment of Branches for this Purpose. The import and marketing in Greece of all kinds of related goods, as well as their export.
k. The trade of computers and all kinds of related electronic items. The Support and Marketing (Wholesale and Retail) of Electronic and Computer Equipment (Computers) and Peripheral Equipment.
Mrs. The Provision of Intermediary Services for the Supply of Products and Services Between Businesses, Between Businesses and Consumers, as well as Between State, Prefectural and Municipal Bodies and Businesses/Citizens.
Kb. The Provision of Services Related to the Sale, Operation, Leasing and Use of Sea Vessels, as well as Travel Organization, the Provision of Tourist and Hotel Services in General and the Establishment of Tourism Agencies.
w. The provision of the above services, as well as services related to the purposes of the Company to the State, Public Legal Entities, Local Authorities, etc.
Rp. The Provision of Guarantees in Favor of Third Parties for the Securing of Loans or Credits in the Context of the Company's Objectives.
y. The Purchase, Sale and General Management of Real Estate and the Development, Development, Construction, Exploitation, Maintenance, Lease of Real Estate.
z. Any Other Action and Business Activity that is Related or Related or Connected or Incidental to the above Purposes or Serves any of the above purposes.
In order to achieve its purpose, the Company is entitled to:
a. Develop, Acquire and Market in any way any Trademarks, Patents, Licenses, Know-how and Other Intellectual and Industrial Property Patents.
b. To Establish or Participate in Other Companies with any Legal Type or to Cooperate with Natural Persons or Other Businesses with any Legal Type Greek or Foreign or Joint Ventures, When their Purposes are the Same, Similar, Related or Complementary to the Individual or All Purposes of the Company or to Enhance Them.
c. To act domestically or abroad as an agent, agent, or representative of other natural or legal persons engaged in similar work. Establish branches, offices, agencies or representations anywhere in Greece or abroad.
d. To participate either individually or in cooperation with other enterprises of any form, and/or in joint ventures or other forms of business partnerships in Greece or abroad, in tenders of the State, Local Authorities, Public Enterprises, Legal Entities of Public or Private Law and other Public Sector Bodies in Greece or abroad.
