The Foundation aims to: (i) provide services focused on new technologies with decentralized software architecture, in particular: (ii) develop, publish, and promote the so-called LEMONCHAIN protocol; (iii) the development and promotion of technologies and applications based on the LEMONCHAIN protocol; (iv) the publication of all software components related to the LEMONCHAIN protocol; (v) the promotion and orchestration of the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem; (vi) the issuance of LEMON Coins and LEMON Tokens as an integral part of the LEMONCHAIN Protocol; (vii) the administration of the project websites (e.g. LEMONCHAIN. IO and LEMONFOUNDATION.COM); (viii) holding and managing digital and non-digital assets; (ix) training and education in the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem and the LEMONCHAIN protocol and related technologies and applications; (x) promoting public awareness regarding the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem and the LEMONCHAIN protocol and related technologies and applications; and (xi) and taking measures in the area of marketing and distribution of the LEMON Coins and the LEMON Token and the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem. To this end, the Foundation may, in particular: carry out operational business activities and generate income; create and manage a technical application to grant participation rights to network participants and support the implementation of participation; create organisational structures that support the participation of network participants and implement their decisions; change the name of the LEMONCHAIN Protocol and the LEMONCHAIN Ecosystem at any time; support and finance suitable research and development activities as well as projects, companies and individuals through individual financial contributions or set up and publish funding programmes (e.g. grants); Issue LEMON Coins and LEMON Tokens for the expansion of the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem (e.g. airdrops); publicly promote and educate the public about the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem, the LEMONCHAIN protocol, and the technologies and applications based on the LEMONCHAIN protocol; Prepare and make available relevant training materials, such as technical descriptions and instructions; issue, receive, use and store digital information units (tokens) (no speculative trading activities); engage with various companies, partners, banks, regulators, authorities or other third parties for the benefit of the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem; spend contributions received and participate in companies; acquire, hold or grant trademark rights and other IP rights or license rights; Organize conferences or other events, such as workshops, developer events, and hackathons; Host, manage and manage websites and interfaces, and provide API technology; create sub-foundations; and conduct and promote all business and/or participate in all transactions, and generally take all actions that are necessary, appropriate, related or desirable to achieve or promote the objectives described herein. The foundation can create a unified framework for communication about the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem. To this end, the Foundation may issue a communication concept in the form of regulations. The concept can be changed at any time by a resolution of the Board of Trustees. The Foundation can also create an Internal Control System (hereinafter referred to as the ICS), which includes governance and control principles for the Foundation and the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem during all project phases. The guiding principle for the IKS is the value creation interests of the participants of the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem. The Board of Trustees issues the ICS within the framework of separate regulations. The ICS can be changed at any time by a resolution of the Board of Trustees. The Foundation may also delegate the fulfilment of its tasks to other organisations, create such organisations and/or promote existing organisations. The foundation can fulfil the purpose through its own employees or outsource the fulfilment of the tasks to external partners. The foundation can participate in other companies and establish subsidiaries in Germany and abroad. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation can operate in Germany and abroad.
