New corporate item: Developing, designing, building, manufacturing, assembling, supplying, installing, maintaining and repairing rail electrification products, including overhead and electrical grids, as well as providing related services, including planning, accomplishment, implementation, monitoring and routing of rail electrification projects. In addition, track, civil engineering and road construction and trade in railway superstructure materials. Schreck-Mieves GmbH with its registered office in Braunschweig (
District Court of Braunschweig HRB 1595). The spin-off shall only become effective when it is entered in the register of the registered office of the transferring entity.
Unregistered: The creditors of the entities participating in the division shall be required to provide security within six months of the date on which the entry of the division in the register of the registered office of the legal entity of which they are creditors has been made known in accordance with Paragraph 125, 19 (3) of the UmwG, provided that they cannot claim satisfaction. However, they are entitled to this right only if they demonstrate that the division jeopardises the fulfilment of their demand.
