The matter now: (1) In order to carry out its tasks, the Landeskreditbank Baden-Württemberg Förderbank - (Bank) may use all banking instruments at its disposal. These include, in particular: 1. granting and forwarding of loans, grants and other grants (2) sub-participation in loans and other forms of financing of one or more credit institutions or financial institutions, as well as syndicated financing, 3. taking out guarantees and guarantees and granting other guarantees and risk reliefs, 4. 2. In order to carry out its tasks, the Bank may carry out the operations and services directly related to the performance of its tasks. Export financing may be carried out by the Bank in accordance with its statutory principles. 4. The Bank may acquire ownership of all types of land, residential property and partial ownership within the meaning of the Housing Ownership Act and rights equivalent to land, if this is appropriate for the avoidance of losses, for its own needs or otherwise for the performance of its tasks.
