Aktiven von CHF 1'631'953.43 und Passiven (Fremdkapital) von CHF 1'490'084.75 gehen auf die übernehmende Gesellschaft über. Da die übernehmende Gesellschaft sämtliche Aktien der übertragenden Gesellschaft hält, findet weder eine Kapitalerhöhung noch eine Aktienzuteilung statt.
