Abstract To develop and train staff to deliver a bespoke digitised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-based intervention to reduce allergy-related anxiety improving the lives of all affected by serious allergy. Incorporating training for volunteer support group leaders and improve our helpline team's skills, as part of developing a psychologically informed environment (PIE).
