Ein Aktionär hat gegen sämtliche auf der außerordentlichen Hauptversammlung vom 27. Juni 2024 gefassten Beschlüsse Nichtigkeitsklage und hilfsweise Anfechtungsklage erhoben. Diese Klage ist vor dem Landgericht Stuttgart, 31. Kammer für Handelssachen, unter dem Aktenzeichen 31 O 51/24 KfH anhängig.
