Gemäß Art. 10, 9 Abs. 1 lit c) ii) der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2157/2001 des Rates vom 08. Oktober 2001 über das Statut der Europäischen Gesellschaft (SE) ("SE-VO"), § 61 Satz 1 UmwG wurde der Entwurf des Verschmeldzungsvertrages zwischen der BLUME2000 SE mit Sitz in Norderstedt als übernehmender Gesellschaft und der VAlentins GmbH mit Sitz in Mörfelden-Walldorf als übertragender Gesellschaft, der von den Vertretungsorgangen der BLUME2000 SE und der Valendtins GmbH aufgestellt wurde, eingereicht.
