Mai 2025 Folgendes mitgeteilt: " Mitteilungen gemäß § 20 Abs. 1, Abs. 4 und Abs. 5 AktG Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, an der Beteiligung der Absender an der Axel Springer SE haben sich Änderungen ergeben, die wir Ihnen mitteilen möchten:
Vor diesem Hintergrund teilen wir Ihnen gemäß § 20 Abs. 1, Abs. 4 und Abs. 5 AktG Folgendes mit: Zwischenzeitlich gehörten der Traviata B.V. unmittelbar und den übrigen Absendern jeweils kraft Zurechnung gemäß § 16 Abs. 4 AktG derjenigen Aktien, die unmittelbar der Traviata B.V. und der Traviata Classifieds Holding SCSp gehörten, mittelbar mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien (§ 20 Abs. 1 AktG) und eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung (§ 20 Abs. 4 AktG) an der Axel Springer SE mit Sitz in Berlin (Mitteilung nach § 20 Abs. 1 und Abs. 4 AktG). Den Absendern gehört nun jeweils keine Mehrheitsbeteiligung mehr und nicht mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien an der Axel Springer SE mit Sitz in Berlin (Mitteilung nach § 20 Abs. 5 AktG)."
