. The shareholders' meeting of February 14, 2019 has decided to amend the partnership agreement in Section 2 (object). New subject matter: 1) The company is a capital management company within the meaning of the Capital Investment Code (KAGB). The object of the company is the management of domestic investment assets and EU investment assets (collective asset management) as well as the provision of services and ancillary services in accordance with Sections 20 (2) and 3 KAGB. 2) The following domestic investment assets are the subject of collective asset management: a) Undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) in accordance with Section 1 (2) of Section 192 et seq. KAGB, b) Real estate special assets pursuant to Section 230 et seq. KAGB, c) Mixed investment assets pursuant to Section 218 f. KAGB, d) Other investment assets pursuant to Section 220 et seq. KAGB, e) Closed domestic special AIFs pursuant to Section 285 et seq. KAGB, which invest in the following assets: (i) real estate (ii) installations for the production, transport and storage of electricity, gas or heat from renewable energies (iii) infrastructure used for assets within the meaning of Section 261 (2) No. 2 to 6 cED (iv) securities pursuant to Section 193 of the CGB (v) Money Market Instruments pursuant to Section 194 of the KAGB (vi) Bank Balances pursuant to Section 195 of the CGB. f) Open domestic special AIFs with fixed investment conditions in accordance with Section 284 of the German Civil Code (KAGB), which invest in the following assets: The assets referred to in Sections 284 (1) and (2) of the KAGB, g) General open domestic special AIBs in accordance with Section 282 of the KaGB - including hedge funds pursuant to Section 283 of the German Civil Code (KaGB) which may invest in assets pursuant to Sections 284 (1) and 2 of the KAGB, and (h) Umbrella Hedge Funds pursuant to Section 225 et seq.. KAGB. 3) Collective asset management also covers EU UCITS and e.U. AIFs whose eligible assets are similar to those for domestic investment assets. 4) The Company provides the following services and ancillary services: a) the management of individual assets invested in financial instruments within the meaning of Section 1 (11) of the Banking Act for others with discretion, including the portfolio management of foreign investment assets (financial portfolio management), b) the management of individual assets not in financial instruments within the meaning of Section 1 (1) 11 of the Lending Act for others with a margin of discretion (individual asset management), c) investment advice in relation to financial instruments within the meaning of Section 1 (11) of the Banking Act (d) investment advice in relation to assets that are not financial instruments within the meaning of Section 1 para. 11 of the Banking Act are (e) the distribution of shares or shares in foreign investment assets (f) the brokerage of transactions relating to the acquisition and sale of financial instruments (investment intermediation) (g) other activities directly related to the services and ancillary services referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 and in this paragraph.
