Mitteilung nach § 20 Abs. 1, 3 AktG

Die JOSTKA Beteiligungs GmbH mit ihrem Sitz in Hirschau hat uns mitgeteilt, dass ihr gemäß § 20 Abs. 1, 3 AktG mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien der Nabaltec AG gehören. Die Überschreitung der Beteiligungsschwelle beruht auf einer Zurechnung der von der NAHE Beteiligungs GmbH gehaltenen Aktien aufgrund einer Stimmverbindungsvereinbarung.
