Die OCEANERGY INNOVATION GmbH mit Sitz in Stuttgart, hat der OCEANERGY AG gemäß § 20 Abs. 1 und Abs. 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass sie im Rahmen der Gründung der Gesellschaft 87 % der Aktien der OCEANERGY AG erworben hat und ihr damit sowohl mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien als auch eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung gehört.
