Die Regierung von Abu Dhabi, die Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) P.J.S.C., die XRG P.J.S.C., die ADNOC International UK Limited und die ADNOC International Germany Holding AG haben uns gemäß § 20 Abs. 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihnen jeweils mittelbar eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der Covestro Deutschland AG gehört, da ihnen jeweils diejenigen Aktien, welche unmittelbar der Covestro AG gehören, gemäß § 16 Abs. 4 AktG zuzurechnen sind.
