NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE Unterföhring Bekanntmachung gemäß § 20 Abs. 6 AktG i.V.m. Art. 9 Abs. 1 lit. c) ii) SE-VO Die General Atlantic PD B.V. mit Sitz in Amsterdam, Niederlande, hat der NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE mit Sitz in Unterföhring, Landkreis München, gem. § 20 Abs. 1 und Abs. 3 AktG i.V.m. Art. 9 Abs. 1 lit. c) ii) SE-VO mitgeteilt, dass der General Atlantic PD B.V. ohne Hinzurechnung von Aktien nach § 20 Abs. 2 AktG unmittelbar mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien der NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE gehört. Darüber hinaus hat die General Atlantic PD B.V. der NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE gemäß § 20 Abs. 5 AktG i.V.m. § 9 Abs. 1 lit. c) ii) SE-VO mitgeteilt, dass der General Atlantic PD GmbH, München, deren Rechtsnachfolgerin die General Atlantic PD B.V. ist, keine Aktien der NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE mehr gehören. Ferner haben die nachfolgend genannten Gesellschaften der NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE gemäß § 20 Abs. 1 und Abs. 3 AktG i.V.m. Art. 9 Abs. 1 lit. c) ii) SE-VO mitgeteilt, dass ihnen jeweils ohne Hinzurechnung von Aktien nach § 20 Abs. 2 AktG mittelbar mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien der NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE gehört, da ihnen die oben genannte unmittelbare Beteiligung der General Atlantic PD B.V. an der NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE jeweils gemäß § 16 Abs. 4 AktG zuzurechnen ist: • General Atlantic Coöperatief U.A. mit Sitz in Amsterdam, Niederlande • General Atlantic Partners (Bermuda) IV, L.P mit Sitz in Hamilton, Bermuda • General Atlantic GenPar (Bermuda), L.P. mit Sitz in Hamilton, Bermuda • GAP (Bermuda) L.P. mit Sitz in Hamilton, Bermuda • GAP (Bermuda) GP Limited mit Sitz in Hamilton, Bermuda • General Atlantic Partners, L.P. mit Sitz in Wilmington, USA • GASC GP, LLC mit Sitz in Wilmington, USA • GASC MGP, LLC mit Sitz in Wilmington, USA NCG - NUCOM GROUP SE Der Vorstand
