Bekanntmachung gemäß § 20 Abs. 6 AktG

Die Schatt Holding GmbH, Rohrdorf-Thansau, hat uns am 12. Dezember 2012 gemäß § 20 Abs. 1, Abs. 3 und Abs. 4 AktG mitgeteilt, dass ihr mit Wirkung ab dem 11. Dezember 2012 unmittelbar mehr als der vierte Teil und mehr als die Hälfte der Aktien unserer Gesellschaft gehören und ihre Mehrheitsbeteiligung nunmehr 94,1% beträgt.
