mit Schreiben vom 8. April 2025 mitgeteilt, dass der Mitteilenden kraft Zurechnung gemäß § 16 Abs. 4 AktG derjenigen Anteile, die der VOLKSWAGEN AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Wolfsburg, gehören, mittelbar mehr als der vierte Teil der Aktien (Mitteilung gemäß § 20 Abs. 1 AktG) - dies gilt auch ohne Zurechnung von Aktien nach § 20 Abs. 2 AktG (Mitteilung gemäß § 20 Abs. 3 AktG) - sowie mittelbar eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung (Mehrheit der Anteile und Mehrheit der Stimmrechte) (Mitteilung gemäߧ 20 Abs. 4 AktG) an der AUDI AG gehört.
