In addition, individual offers for seniors with disabilities are provided, which also include nursing aids and day care. The society also offers therapeutic measures as well as educational and leisure activities for people with disabilities. The promotion and care of people with disabilities also includes their counselling and counselling of their relatives. 3. Furthermore, the object of the company is the procurement of funds pursuant to Section 58 No. 1 AO for the promotion of the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1 by other tax-advantaged entities. Such funds will be channelled by the company to the above-mentioned tax-deferred bodies, with priority being given to the companies affiliated to the "Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück" group in their capacity as tax-deferred entities. They shall use the funds allocated to them exclusively and directly for their tax-deferred purposes. In this context, the company may also provide discounted services to other tax-deferred entities. In accordance with Paragraph 58 (2) of the АО, the company may also transfer part of its funds to other tax-deferred entities for use for tax-deferred purposes. 4.
