District Court of Bremen HRB 21117) on the basis of the merger agreement of August 29, 2011 and the approval decisions of the same day by transferring its assets as a whole without liquidation. The merger took effect with the simultaneous entry in the register of the registered office of the acquiring entity. The company is gone. Published a.s. unregistered: the creditors of the entities participating in the merger must be declared in writing, provided that they cannot claim satisfaction within six months of the date on which the entry of the merger in the register of the registered office of the entity of which they are creditors is deemed to have been made known. However, creditors are only entitled to this right if they demonstrate that the merger jeopardises the fulfilment of their claim.
