In doing so, the Company is also entitled to enter into contracts for the establishment and maintenance of settlement links ("clearing links") with other clearing houses or similar undertakings (b) the exercise of the activity as a central counterparty within the meaning of the Banking Act and of similar functions under relevant foreign legal systems (c) the planning, development and implementation of electronic data processing, in particular in the area of the stock exchange, clearing business and securities business of credit institutions, including its resolution, as well a.s. the collection, processing and distribution of information relating to securities and/or derivatives (d) the provision of support services to entities involved in the stock exchange, clearing and securities business, in particular by providing centralised services in all areas of activity for the undertakings concerned. A list of the members of the Supervisory Board has been submitted to the Commercial Register by an amendment to the persons of the Supervisory Board members.
