In addition to the transactions necessary to invest its own assets, the Company may provide only the transactions referred to in paragraph 1 and the following services and ancillary services: (a) investment advice (b) the custody and management of shares issued in accordance with the provisions of the InvG or by a foreign investment company (c) the distribution of shares issued in accordance with the provisions of the InvG or of foreign investment shares which may be publicly distributed in Germany in accordance with the provisions of Paragraphs 130-140 of the InvG (d) the management of individual assets invested in real estate for others and investment advice, e) other activities directly related to the services and ancillary services referred to in paragraph 1 and in this paragraph.
