The share capital is to be used by resolution of the Annual General Meeting of February 7, 2007 in the amount of up to EUR 11,880.000.00 for the service of asserted conversion and/or subscription rights to Inh. conditionally increased by convertible debt reimbities and/or bonds with warrants, the issue of which was decided at the Annual General Meeting on February 7, 2007 (Conditional Capital 2007).
