(2) These purposes of the Articles of Association shall also be realized through planned cooperation with AGAPLESION gemeinnützige AG or its tax-privileged legal successor and/or directly and indirectly affiliated corporations with AGAPLESION gemeinnützige AG or its tax-privileged legal successor, which also meet the requirements of §§ 51 to 68 of the Tax Code by providing them with services necessary for their tax-privileged purposes, such as personnel, management and administrative services are provided, goods are procured and/or objects are made available for use. (3) The object of the society is the operation of diaconal institutions such as homes and facilities for the care of the elderly and the sick as well as homes and facilities for assisted living for the elderly, homes and rehabilitation facilities, homes and facilities for youth welfare, homes and facilities for the implementation of care for disabled people as well as the outpatient and inpatient treatment and care of the sick according to the principles of Christian nursing. Furthermore, the company promotes education, national and vocational training, including student assistance (in accordance with § 52 para. 2 number 7 AO) through education, training and further education in medical and nursing professions. Furthermore, the society promotes basic medical and nursing research and clinically applied research that benefits the general public, especially in the field of geriatrics, by carrying out its own tax-privileged scientific projects. Within the scope of its tasks, the company procures funds for their use. The Society maintains chapels in its facilities. (4) The Company is entitled to conduct all business that serves the tax-privileged purpose of the Company. It may, in order to carry out its tasks, make use of, participate in or acquire, establish or lease other undertakings and ancillary undertakings. The company may use auxiliary persons within the meaning of § 57 paragraph 1 sentence 2 of the German Fiscal Code.
