1. The purpose of the Society is to promote assistance for people with disabilities and welfare as well as the selfless support of persons who, because of their physical, mental or emotional condition, are dependent on the help of others. With the realization of its statutory purpose, the society fulfills an ecclesiastical-diaconal charitable task. It engages in commitment to the Gospel in accordance with the principles of the Evangelical and Catholic Churches and with respect for human dignity. 2. The purpose of the statutes is achieved in particular through the establishment, operation or takeover of workshops for disabled people (WfbM) as well as the associated companies and work measures in order to enable these persons to participate in society (inclusion) in the form of a largely normal life. For people who, because of their disability, cannot find work under the usual working conditions of the general labour market, the workshop for people with disabilities provides permanent jobs. The promotion and care of people with disabilities also includes their counselling and the counselling of their relatives. 3. The purpose of the Company is also the donation of funds pursuant to § 58 No. 1 AO to other corporations for the realization of tax-privileged purposes, in particular to promote the purposes mentioned in No. 1. The company will primarily allocate such funds to the companies affiliated to the "Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück" group of companies in their capacity as tax-privileged corporations. They must use the funds allocated to them exclusively and directly for their tax-privileged purposes. In this context, the company may also provide discounted services to other tax-privileged corporations. 4. Furthermore, the Company may also operate workshop and clothing shops and other facilities, services and measures for and with people with disabilities or take over. 5. The purpose of the articles of association is also determined by the planned cooperation in the sense of a cooperation pursuant to § 57 Abs. 3 AO with the corporations of the group of companies "Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück", which are also recognized as tax-privileged pursuant to §§ 52 ff AO, including Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück gGmbH, Osnabrücker Werkstätten gGmbH, Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück Wohnen gGmbH and Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück Kindheit und Jugend gGmbH, OSNA-Integ gGmbH and Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück e.V. as head of the group. The manner of cooperation is carried out by: the commercial representation of the affiliated companies, the provision of personnel services, in particular management arrangements, to the aforementioned companies, marketing and communication services, quality management, project management, rental and use of real estate and inventory on the part of Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück e.V., the use of deliveries and services of affiliated companies, e.g. Supply of goods and food or gardening and landscaping services.
