With future amendments to the Articles of Association (1) to (5), all rights from points (1) to (5) as well as from the CRAFTMAX Franchise Partner Contract with CRAFTMAX Holding GmbH expire irrevocably and without replacement. (6) The company is entitled to rent and lease its own properties and to operate a commercial short-term room rental (assembler/apartment) without service. (7) The company is entitled to manage its own real estate, in particular the property: 06712 Zeitz, Donalisstraße 38, Naumburger Straße 1. (8) The company is entitled to manage its own assets, to participate in other companies, to acquire them and to assume the position of personally liable partner.
