Acrobatics: Classes focusing on tumbling, handstands, flips, contortion and other floor-based acrobatic skills. 2. Aerial Arts: Instruction in aerial silks, aerial hoop (lyra), trapeze, aerial rope, aerial cube, flying trapeze, aerial spiral, hammock silks, aerial straps, aerial net, hair suspension and other aerial apparatuses. 3. Juggling: Classes for learning basic to advanced juggling techniques with balls, clubs, rings, and other props. 4. Balance and Object Manipulation: Workshops covering skills such as balancing on objects like tight wire, slacklines, or rolling globes, as well as object manipulation with props like diabolo, devil sticks, hula hoop, poi or spinning plates. 5. Clowning: Classes focusing on clowning techniques, including physical comedy, mime, slapstick, drama, theatre and character development. 6. Physical Conditioning and Flexibility: Sessions dedicated to improving strength, flexibility, yoga and overall physical fitness, often tailored specifically for circus arts. 7. Fire & Stilts workshops: Sessions require fire professional manipulation with many props, walking on stilts. 8. Performance Skills: Workshops on stage presence, storytelling, improvisation, and choreography to prepare students for performances. 9. Youth Circus Programs: Programs designed specifically for children and teenagers, offering a variety of circus disciplines in a safe and supportive environment. 10.
